- NID - The National Institute of Design (NID) is a prestigious design school in Ahmedabad, with campuses in Gandhinagar and Bengaluru.
- NIFT - Established in 1986, NIFT is India's pioneering institute for fashion education, leading the way in developing professional talent for the textile and apparel industry.
- IIT-UCEED/CEED - The Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) is a joint entrance exam conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, for admission into Bachelor of Design programs at IIT-Bombay, IIT-Guwahati, and IITDM-Jabalpur.
- IICD - The Indian Institute of Crafts & Design, Jaipur was set up as an autonomous institute by the Government of Rajasthan in the year 1995 to act as a catalyst of change in the craft sector.
